We select only high caliber professionals, drawn from a cross-section of backgrounds, who are looking for new intellectual challenges and a greater understanding of innovation. Our strict selection at the gate ensures we remain an institute that focuses on participant quality: potential participants are selected through interview, references, degrees and a convincing profile with solid professional expertise.

A good program is highly interactive - an important part of the learning experience is the preparation, co-operation in case studies, reports and presentations and the evaluation with the peer group. The quality of a program, therefore, is only as good as the quality of its participants.

Each year we attract classes of maximum 30 participants who wish to combine work and study. They are rightly as demanding in their expectations of us as we are of them. Our participants tend to be more mature with at least two years professional experience under their belts.
